Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Post Job advertisement - Internal & External;
Conduct candidates sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, assessment, etc.’
Assist training design and implementation;
Assist employee info registration;
Assist employee relationship work;
Assist other tasks assigned by HR team.
Bachelor Degree or above, major in HR or business.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint at a better proficient level.
Chinese native speaker, fluent oral and written English is mandatory (French can be appreciated).
Can work independently on himself/herself
Good communication skills
Be dynamic, curious, open-minded and flexible
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced working environment
