Job responsibilities: 1. According to the project information provided by the company, verify the information, filter the feedback results and follow up in time; 2. Establish cooperative relations with customers through strange visits. 3. Conduct technical exchanges, business public relations and sign contracts with the owners and customers; 4. Follow up the collection of the project in time; 5. Maintain the relationship between old customers and continuously follow up the project needs of old customers; 6. Be responsible for the quality problems in the process of project construction and seek solutions. Job requirements: 1, sales/building materials/end customer sales and other related majors are preferred, college degree or above; 2. At least three years of sales experience in engineering projects, with sales experience in large projects preferred/team management experience preferred/suitable for short-term business trips; 3. Excellent communication skills and team consciousness, high sense of responsibility and execution, and good ability to resist pressure 职责: 1.根据公司提供的项目信息(主要是外企)及时跟进; 2.通过陌生拜访与客户建立合作关系。 3.与业主和客户进行技术交流、商务公关、签订合同; 4.及时跟进项目的收集; 5.维护老客户关系,持续跟进老客户的项目需求; 6.对工程施工过程中出现的质量问题负责并寻求解决方案。 工作要求: 1、销售/建材/终端客户销售等相关专业优先,大专以上学历; 2.至少三年工程项目销售经验,有大型项目销售经验者优先/有团队管理经验者优先/适合短期出差; 3.优秀的沟通能力和团队意识,高度的责任感和执行力,良好的抗压能力
