Ensure timely support on recruiting process, including job posting, CV screening, cold call, reference check, etc.
Provide logistic support on interview arrangement, e.g. meeting room arrangement, calendar invitation, and interview reception
Assist in new hire’s on boarding and exit process, including on boarding package preparation, etc.
Manage employment’s personnel file
Other ad-hoc work assigned from supervisor
Undergraduate students or postgraduate students, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferred
Internship in HR related function is preferred
Great communication skill with excellent teamwork spirit
Accountable and proactive attitude with quick learning skill
Fluent English in both oral and written, at least CET 6
Proficient in computer skills, including word, excel, PPT, etc.
