职位描述:
办理员工入离职流程,包括入职材料的准备,网上用退工,社保公积金加减保等事宜;
了解公司业务和招聘需求,支持招聘部门的工作,如职位发布,简历搜索,简历筛选,cold call,面试安排,背景调查等;
提供员工关系的其他支持工作,如签证申请,居住证申请,海归落户等;
维护人事档案,为员工续签劳动合同;
协助转岗、升职、培训、薪酬福利、绩效考核等事宜,协助上级健全人力资源制度的建设;
负责每月补充商业保险的加保和退保事宜;
负责月度HR数据分析和报告,如人数报告,离职率分析报告,招聘报告等;
主管安排的其他工作。



岗位要求:
本科或以上学历,人力资源或工商管理专业优先考虑;
至少半年以上HR员工关系经验或招聘经验,可考虑优秀的应届毕业生;
熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策和人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程;
优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力;
有强烈的责任感,工作积极主动,拥有快速学习能力;
做事有条不紊,关注细节;
流利的英语听说读写能力,至少CET6;
熟练使用办公软件,如Word, Excel, PPT。

Duties and responsibilities
Assist in onboarding and exit process, including onboarding package preparation, online employment and unemployment procedures, etc.
Provide support to recruiting team, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, cold call, coordinating interviews, reference check, etc.
Support other staffing works, such as visa application, residence permit, etc.
Manage employee personal file and renew labor contract on time
Assist HR Manager in internal transfer, promotion, training, performance management to build up a comprehensive human resource procedure and policy
Assist in enrollment and cancellation of commercial insurance
Deliver HR regular reports (Headcount report, turnover report, recruitment report, etc.) with basic data analysis
Other ad-hoc work from supervisor

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration are preferred
At least half year working experience in HR operation or recruitment function
Familiar with China employment law and other HR policies
Accountable, proactive and quick learner
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Well-organized and detail-minded
Fluent English speaking and writing, at least CET 6
Proficient in computer skill, including word, excel, PPT, etc.
