1.Be in charge of day-to-day employee relations work focus on personnel files e.g. Certificate preparation, other HR related documents support.
2.Coordinate new hire on board process including labor contract processes as well as courier arrangement, working with labor agencies on necessary documents submission.
3.Facilitates employee Exit Process.
4.HR database management (monthly time-sheet, annual leave etc..) , ensure the data with accuracy and timeliness.
5.Support with HR related administration work.
6.Provide support to special projects.
1.University or above degree. Major in HR is preferred.
2.Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
4.Good user on Word, Excel and Power point.
5.Open-minded team player and flexible to change.
6.Ability to deal with confidential information and several tasks simultaneously.
