Responsibility: Support on board and exit process, including on boarding notification and package preparation, online employment and unemployment procedures, etc. Deliver HR regular reports (HC, turnover reports etc.) with basic data analysis Manage employee personal file and renew labor contract on time Support internal transfer, promotion, training, performance management, compensation and benefits to build up a comprehensive human resource procedure and policy Support other staffing works, such as visa application, residence permit, etc. Ensure timely support on people resource through recruiting process, such as vendor sourcing, CV screening, cold call, interview, reference check and offer, etc. Provide logistic support on interview arrangement to hiring manager, e.g. book meeting room, send calendar invitation, interview receptionist, arrange paper test, etc. Maintain recruitment report and ensure data accuracy Other ad-hoc work from supervisor Job Requirement: Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration are preferred Internship in HR operation and recruitment function(2017fresh or 2018 fresh) Familiar with China employment law and other HR policies Accountable, proactive and quick learner Good communication and interpersonal skill Well-organized and detail-minded Fluent English speaking and writing, at least CET 6 Proficient in computer skill, including word, excel, PPT, etc. 人事实习生 职位描述: 办理员工入离职流程,包括入职材料的准备,网上用退工,社保公积金加减保等事宜 负责月度HR数据分析和报告,如人数报告,离职率分析报告等 维护人事档案,为员工续签劳动合同; 协助转岗、升职、培训、薪酬福利、绩效考核等事宜,协助上级健全人力资源制度的建设 提供员工关系的其他支持工作,如签证申请,居住证申请,海归落户等。 了解公司业务和招聘需求,通过招聘流程为业务部门提供及时的人力资源支持,如招聘供应商选择,简历筛选,cold call,面试,背景调查,洽谈和提供录取通知书等 协助面试官做好面试安排,如预定会议室,发送面试邀请,面试接待,测试题发放等 维护招聘报告,确保数据的准确性 主管安排的其他工作 岗位要求: 本科及以上学历,人力资源或工商管理专业优先考虑 至少半年以上HR员工关系经验和招聘经验(2017或2018毕业) 熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策和人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力 有强烈的责任感,工作积极主动,拥有快速学习能力 做事有条不紊,关注细节 流利的英语听说读写能力,至少CET6 熟练使用办公软件,如Word, Excel, PPT
